- Unless stated otherwise, or a bespoke/commission piece, your item will be dispatched within 2 working days. For bespoke pieces and commissions, you will be given an expected dispatch date as part of your consulation.
- Items will be sent out to by Royal Mail Special Delivery. They should arrive the next working day and will require a signature. Please note that Sharon Baddeley Jewellery cannot take responsibility for any delays in postage owing to issues with Royal Mail or industrial dispute action.
- Your jewellery will be placed in an eco range presentation box and sent to you using environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging.
- If you have any questions about delivery or packaging, please do not hesitate to contact me.
- You have the right to cancel your order from the time you place the order up until 14 days after you receive it. If you wish to return your order, please contact me by email within 14 days of it being delivered to you. I will provide you with details about how to return your item and you will then have a further 14 days to send it back to us.
- Bespoke and custom made products are exempt from the right to return unless they are faulty. This also applies to earrings for hygiene purposes. Please note that your consumer statutory rights are not affected.
- You will be responsible for any costs involved in returning the items. We strongly recommend that you send back your items by Royal Mail Special Delivery so that they are tracked, insured and must be signed for. Please return your item carefully repacked in the original packaging.
- Once we receive your returned item, you will be refunded within 14 days.
