Hallmarking

Sharon Baddeley hallmarks jewellery according to the laws regarding selling precious metals. This means that any pieces containing more than 7.78 grams of silver or more than 1.0 gram of gold will be hallmarked. The hallmark will tell you what material it is, where it was assayed and who it was made by (sponsors mark). Any of my work above the exemption weights will have a fineness mark, my own sponsors mark - an SB in a shield shape - and a leopard for the London Assay Office.
